가능성 1> 7월 10일 신청서가 최종 신청으로 판단했는데 최초 신청서 이후 신청서 수정이 있었을 경우 : 신청서 보완접수 시까지 + 최장 20일로 밸리데이션 데이가 7월 10일 + 21일로 늦어질 가능성

- The CEIm shall validate part II and the AEMPS shall validate part I in a maximum period of 10 calendar days.

- If rectification of the application is required, the sponsor shall have 10 calendar days to submit the requested information(3) and the AEMPS (part I) and the CEIm (part II) shall have 5 calendar days to notify the sponsor if the application is valid or not.


가능성 2> 윤리의 적합의견 받고 식약처에 제출했으나, 스페인 식약처가 아직 승인서를 발행 안했을 경우 : 윤리위 적합의견을 득하였으며, 승인서 발급 기한 후에는 자동으로 AEMPS는 승인 해줘야 함.

- The trial shall be considered to be authorised if the applicant indicated by the sponsor has not received the decision on authorisation within 5 calendar days of sending the opinion of the CEIm on part II to the AEMPS and the deadline for receipt of the conclusions on part I (whichever is later).


가능성 3> 기타


* 제가 보는 관점에서는 가능성 2로 보임 : 이미 9월말에 AEMPS가 승인서 발급해야 하나, 행정적 절차로 미뤄지고 있으나, 규정상 승인으로 간주되어 OPIS가 AEMPS에 승인기한 지났으니 승인서 발급해달라고 기다리는 중( 즉, 기한후에는 식약처 승인은 윤리위 적합의견에 종속됨, 즉, 기한지나서는 거절 못함)

* 반려였다면 이미 반려사유를 승인서 발급 전 식약처는 스폰서에 통보했어야 함( 아직까지 그런 소식 없음)

* 깜짝 승인소식 기대함
