The second study in this article, namely the paxalisib, is the same thing as what we have called GDC-0084 here. The US Phase II study was started at the Stephenson Cancer Center at the University of Oklahoma and has been recommended for IDH-1 wild type and MGMT negative/ unmethylated tumors.
